Led by Clarinettist John and featuring some of the UK's leading Klezmer musicians, the group is deeply grounded in traditional Yiddish music whilst simultaneously seeking to innovate upon it and bring a contemporary London twist to its music. Members of Klezmer Foygl have played at some of the UK's leading venues, toured internationally, and performed for television and theatre. Including venues such as BBC Radio Theatre, BBC Maida Vale Studios, The Southbank Centre, Wigmore Hall, The Barbican, Menier Chocolate Factory, and Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival. The band is available to play for both private and public events: weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthday parties, Klezmer Keilidhs, festivals, religious events, rural touring, house concerts, etc. MFL976 Comment
