| crazytigerrabbitman Oct 8 | It's been a good start to the Thanksgiving holiday, beginning with a great bike ride with friends, a nice breakfast of leftovers and, yup, new (to us) Goodwill Hunting records to listen to, starting with this Soundblast: The Sound of Tomorrow Today! album. Talk about the weirdest addition to the Thanksgiving tag list ever, eh? Released in 1956, this Space Age Exotica album by the team of Ferrante & Teicher is about as plunky and cheesy as it gets, albeit it has more of a Latin-tinged sound to it than one might expect. All in all, still a good start to our quiet holiday. (Noisy roofers not-withstanding.) | | | | | You can also reply to this email to leave a comment. | | | | |
