Round Two this morning involves some work on my poor suffering functional strength (specifically my shoulders) with the bands, the Boscu ball and, oh yeah ... another New Fast Automatic Daffodils album, Love It All.
This is easily another one of my top Desert Island choices, largely because I travelled with it for the best part of a decade and have a shit ton of memories attached to it.
So that's two Desert Island albums for the New FAD's.
This album then was released in 1994, just in time for the band to break up in 1995.
But seriously, it's a brilliant album with Kill My Instincts being among my favourite New FAD's songs but, honestly, this is another album in which I think all the tracks are killer. Life Is An Accident, Souvenir, Left Right, PSV, they're all pretty stellar.
