Talayo Adejumo, better known as GXBOS, was born in Nigeria and moved to London at the age of two. While growing up in the shadow of grime, he was inspired by genres including gospel, afrobeat, and rap before discovering his own sound at the age of 13.

In the meanwhile, he built his own construction company and is now ready to re-enter the music industry full force! GXBOS's drive and determination to achieve speak for themselves with the publication of 'Rubber Bands' through GRM Daily in July of 2021 that has since earned over 15,000 views on YouTube alone.

"Flake In The Press," the blazing street heater from London rap newcomer GXBOS (pronounced GABOS), has made a huge impact. When it comes to his first album of the year, "Flake In The Press" is an uncompromising street-heater that packs a punch.

An Ace Valentino-produced drill beat serves as the backdrop for GXBOS's punchy flow and gritty street poetics, delivering a wheel-up worthy joint. 'Flake In The Press,' which showcases the newcomer's gruff delivery, smooth bars, and amazing punchlines, provides us with a better understanding of his career to date.

GXBOS poses as a wanted guy in an interrogation room, which Visionary Music Group designed to match the track's mood and intensity. The dark and ominous tone is replicated in several locales.

He made a statement on the release. After teasing a brief glimpse of a new GXBOS song at the conclusion of the visuals, we should expect a great year in 2022!

Flake in the press is all about my come up, how I found myself at this point and what I've been through to get here at this point in my journey. The metaphor flake in the press with the visual connotations bring out a comedic side of being a Gangster, I see myself more as a ladies' man of drill
