Announcing our  Xmas party, which takes place at The Victoria, Dalston, on 6th December.

Christmas is coming!!! As we put the finishing touches on our Halloween costumes, we must also solemnly but unerringly look ahead to the next wave of intense seasonal revelry that is CHRISTMAS!!! Such is our lot. This year, we are excited to share that we will be hosting our first ever Hard of Hearing Christmas party, coming this December at The Victoria. We'll be celebrating the holiday season on 6th December with a double headline show featuring This Is The Deep and Dreamwave.

This Is The Deep have long been favourites of ours here at HoH. The band's baroque indie symphonies combine intimate expression with an idiosyncratic grandeur wrought by an expansive lineup and surprising instrumentation. They will bring a measure of festive warmth tempered by a unique and disquieted take on the melodramatic.

Co-headlining, Dreamwave are set to take the party to a riotous pitch. The quartet's chugging psych garage sound takes cues from acts like Thee Oh Sees, free associative lyrics welding to irresistible melodic hooks. New single 'Moon Buggy', our first taste of the band's new EP 'Drifter', is an earworm that suggests a newly sharpened directness to the new material, some of which we can expect to hear at the show.

Tickets are on sale now, available on Dice here.
