With The Great Escape just weeks away, we are excited to announce that we are teaming up with the festival for their official London pre-party.

We are thrilled to be working with The Great Escape this May to play our part platforming some of the most exciting new artists in the country right now. Ahead of the festival proper, we are collaborating with the festival for the official London Pre-Party, which we are hosting at The Old Blue Last. Fresh off of last weekend's night with Blood Wizard, Ladylike and Truthpaste, we can't wait to run another knees-up.
On 7th May, we take over the Old Blue Last for a free show, headlined by CLT DRP, the singular electro-punk trio whose blasting sound and rebarbative lyrics pack a massive punch, especially in a live setting. This will be the perfect chance to catch the band, especially if you aren't able to get down to the festival proper the following week.
Joining them, ELLiS·D will be serving up his goth-glam take on punk, fresh off the release of second EP 'Spill'. With a set full of winding riffs and theatrical climaxes, this is a band on top form – check out our review from their recent Dash the Henge set for a taster. Completing the lineup are big long sun, bringing a taste of Brighton to the capital. Their music is a technicolour collage of styles unpredictably layered into something unique and often wonkily danceable.
With the full festival schedule now out, we are beginning to strategise for how we will get our heads around this sprawling, action-packed weekend. Before then, we can't wait to get in the mood with this show on 7th May. Free tickets available here.
