He reflects "I truly take a lot of my skills as a musician and incorporate them into my leadership style and that's thanks to my time at UNO!" Upon graduation, Pablo moved to Chicago for a year to experience a big city! While in Chicago, he worked for the Joffrey Ballet. While there he attended performances such as the Chicago Symphony and Joffrey Ballet collaboration and the Joffrey's rendition of The Nutcracker! After moving back from Chicago, he began working at Target and was quickly promoted to a leadership role where he oversees the Service and Engagement Team. He reflects, "Target has provided me a platform to grow in and develop myself as a leader..." He has recently accepted a second assignment as a Specialty Sales Team Lead at a Super Target which includes more responsibilities and demands.
