I have nothing to particularly do this afternoon, so I'm opting to work on a short story while Kelly naps and while doing so, listening to this CD that's been lurking around my CD shelves for years but which I have never actually listened to, this CfCf album by Music for Objects.

Not a very exciting album cover is it?
Maybe that's why it spent so long on my shelves without being listened to.
Just sayin'...
Music for Objects is an extended play by Canadian electronic musician Michael Silver, known by his stage name as CFCF. The EP is a 24-minute set of eight compositions that are meant to showcase the emotion of everyday objects, a concept inspired by Wim Wenders' documentary film Notebook on Cities and Clothes (1989) and, as it turns out, excellent background noise for writing.
Go me!
