It's a glorious Spring Day to be working outside today and killing bugs n' stuff.
Usually I like to rock out but in this case,I have something a little more mellow queued up from those days when I used to walk in the evenings ...

... this Dusty album by Fred Eaglesmith.

I understand already that I have to go into this album with an open mind because, well, this album isn't your typical Fred Eaglesmith album.
In fact, the critics will tell you it's terrible and to look someplace else.
I however, thought it possessed the usual rural warmth and heartbreak of just about every other Fred Eaglesmith album which, if I remember correctly: are all pretty much awesome.

So yeah, makes sense that while it sounds different, it is still a genuine Fred Eaglesmith album worthy of attention and high platitudes. After all, how often do you get to say "Wow! The string crescendo on that last song was awesome!" about a Fred Eaglesmith album.
Go into it with an open mind and you will not be disappointed.
