So, two things:
- I finally bought one of those fancy 5-disc "Cee-Dee" players initially to play all my live music bootlegs, however, as a bonus I also now get to listen to a lot of my other compact discs that I haven't yet hauled out to the garage, and ...
- I quit the gym, meaning I have to do something in the mornings, so listen to CD's and do some core work on my mat is just how it's gonna be.
Anyhow, this morning it's The Taste of Crow album by the Cuds.

The Cuds were an old bluegrass, folk band that played around the St. Paul Street area of St. Catharines for a few years, fronted by Bryson Waind.
This album (their only album) was released in 2007.
And that's about as Canadiana as it gets right there, folks!
And the fun this morning is that I can recall nearly all these songs, Cooler Water, Stranger's Face, Genghis Khan, Which Side, Every Berry ... *sigh* ... good times.
The workout?
Well, not so much ... but it's a start.
