So helping keep me warm on the bike this morning is this Live at KEXP performance by King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard.
Essentially an in-studio performance of the band performing Live in the KEXP studio on October 7th, 2022 including only four tracks: Song, Ice V, Iron Lung, and Magma from the latest Ice, Death, Planets, Lungs, Mushrooms and Lava album released late last year.
It wasn't supposed to be as sweaty or high tempo as it ended up being but, hey, who can keep themselves from spinning their bollocks off once this band begins to take flight with those infectious high energy grooves?
As it turns out, certainly not me and -- coincidentally -- I will also now have to consider searching out this album for our home vinyl collection.
