Jung Out Now With "Cause In The End You Know That Everybody Dies"

Swedish Indie-pop duo, Jung have shared their latest single titled "Cause In The End You Know That Everybody Dies"

The album "Cause In The End You Know That Everybody Dies" is a compilation of previously published EPs "Jungle" and "She," and features collaborations with Joakim Berg, Lou Elliotte, composer LUCHS, and others.

The music on this album is about life and death, dread of what the future holds, and the difficulties of living in the contemporary jungle.

The song also expresses their feelings for family, friends, and relationships. You should listen to this!!

According to Jung, "Writing this album has been our therapy. It gave us strength and purpose, which we hope transpires through the music. The title 'Cause In The End You Know That Everybody Dies' sums up the album in its entirety, and for us, it's also a (positive) challenge –through all of the loss and grief that we bear, we still live on and continue to find meaning, happiness, and love",

JUNG has achieved 115 million worldwide streams since their debut in 2018, releasing the double-platinum (SE) song "Let Him Go (ft. Clara Mae)" as well as the two platinum-certified (SE) singles "Wasteland" and "Falling Free."

With a gold-selling first album, platinum-certified songs, sold-out tours, many television appearances (Idol, Tv4 Late Night Show, Nyhetsmorgon), and radio chart peaking in the Top 10, JUNG has demonstrated that they've progressed from "breaking" to "established act."

About JUNG

JUNG, the indie-pop duo of brothers Tom and Henrik Ljungqvist, will release their EP She on October 29th via Universal Music Sweden. Listeners will also discover the laid-back tune 'Sweet October' on the EP.

This comes on the heels of their track 'Somebody Like You,' which earned praise from CLASH Magazine and will appear on their upcoming EP.

JUNG has achieved 100 million worldwide streams since their debut in 2018, releasing the double-platinum (SE) song 'Let Him Go (ft. Clara Mae)' as well as the two platinum-certified (SE) singles 'Wasteland' and 'Falling Free.'

They've already collaborated with various industry professionals, including Fanny Hultman (a songwriter for Kygo and Ellie Goulding, LEON and Shy Martin), TIESTO's composer Oskar Nyman, Sting and Melody Gardot's songwriter Hilda Stenmalm, and BTS' producer Tom Wiklund. Lars Norgren mixed and mastered the forthcoming EP (who has previously worked with Tove Lo).

Rooted in the tradition of classic melodic songwriting, the pair combines current pop with elements of folk, dance, and R&B, creating a pleasant and summery sound reminiscent of groups such as Majid Jordan, Bon Iver, and The 1975.

The decision to create a band was made after much thought. If Tom and Henrik invested in the enterprise jointly, they would do so totally. The brothers have a strong enthusiasm and dedication, and they are continually striving to improve as performers and composers.

Regardless of whether their songs are about love, sorrow, or the apocalypse, JUNG's music is filled with optimism and brightness.
