Cera Gibson is a Utah-based recording artist. In high school, she wrote evocative and bluesy songs that were melancholy and nostalgic.

Cera changed the direction of her music after recording her first EP at RCA Studio A. Cera's music has a familiarity to it that has been gently twisted by her dark pop and hip-hop inspirations.

Cera had the chance to open for RuPaul's Drag Race finalists Courtney Act, Scarlot Envy, Ferrah Moan, Miz Cracker, and Shae Coulee in 2019 after releasing her debut album, Blood Diamond. Cera is a seasoned performer, having played more than 30 gigs a year.

Cera's home flooded towards the end of 2019, and she lost almost everything. She slept in a motel and couch surfed for two months before she found a place to call home. Her five-year relationship came to an end at this period. A combination of the instability of her living circumstances and that spurred Cera on to write more songs.

'Uninspired' is the name of her newly released EP. After a breakup, you still feel important to the person you were in a relationship with, even if you realise it had to stop. Asserting that you will always be able to access them in the same manner they were when you were together.
