This is Inside the Album, where we dissect and unravel the albums that have come out recently. This time we are going to unravel OnlyOneOf's 3rd Single Album, Produced by [myself].
cOy

Rie, Junji and Love team up with OnlyOneOf frequents XIMON and Nap!er to produce cOy. cOy is surely an intimate and sensual song about two couples simping each other. It is a simple song to begin with that heavily aligns with the usual OnlyOneOf sound. It is lyrically cohesive with a little bit of clicheness to it, but it does work when you figure out the context. cOy fits the next stage in the storyline where the lines between love and lust blur. It is surely up to the protagonists to figure out which one is it. For now, a melancholic love song might do the trick which many have failed.

? (questiOn mark)

This time Love, Nine and Mill are ready to question the seemingly blurred feelings of the protagonist toward their affections and emotions. questiOn mark is seemingly vague and is lacking on the lurching concept it builds upon. It is executed in a very amateurish and theoretical point of view that it merely holds up to the storyline. You see, OnlyOneOf has made itself clear on how this might go. But the question is merely an aid, it seems to be more complex and complicated than that.
The good thing is that despite a rocky start, it continues being creative and seemingly cathartic to its listeners, adding many OnlyOneOf signature musical styles that really amp up the said track to a new production soundscape. This effort is pretty much great but certain parts of the mixing is boggling and maybe off-putting. Nevertheless, it is a decent pick for a title track. However, it isn't up there on the par.

night flight

Now, this is something! Yoojeong and Kyubin might have aced my scorecards today. night flight is expressively comforting and emotionally arousing at the same time. It is a perfect song to end a rather well-off piece. I mean the vocals were completely ethereal and heavenly, it was a match of heaven and emotions. The amazing incorporation of a bass guitar was really what set things more intimate than ever. I see that trust was eventually chosen over scepticism and fear. It is a finale that will really be one of the year's more interesting b-sides than ever anticipated. Production was scenic, beautiful and perfect. Truly, OnlyOneOf keeps caressing the hell out of the listeners soul.
